Dark circle complex primer is not a concealer, therefore Khuraira recommends applying the Age Control concealer or the camouflage concealer that best matches your complexion over the Dark Circle Primer.(as demonstrated in our youtube video). Tip: Apply dermal revitalizing age-control dark-circle primer on bruises, dark-circles, tattoos… with a concealer brush and even out with the right concealer.
